West Lomond Hill is located around 4 miles from East Lomond Hill and is around 2.5 miles from Craigmead Car Park.Having walked up East Lomond we decided to walk the 2.5 miles up West Lomond.The weather was good, sunny with a cool breeze and the scenery all around us was outstanding. We love to visit Falkland, Maspie Den and surrounding areas , it's our favourite walk.Any season it never fails to impress, it's stunning. The path is well marked and very easy to find and walk. On either side of the pathway up the peak there are occasional boggy areas so staying on the pathway is recommended. We loved having a splash in it, even our dog Charlie got involved.
